DHEA, or dehydroepiandrosterone, is a hormone that’s produced by your body. In this podcast, Dr. Shook explains more about DHEA how it can affect the levels of other hormones in our body. I want to be clear, DHEA can be a great hormone to support health, but you need to have your DHEA levels tested, and if low, there needs to be an investigation into why the body is not making DHEA at sufficient levels.
